In this Episode we have the CEO of “The Cookie Palace” Teyana Valentine. She launched her business amid the pandemic just wanting to start it – and it took off ! I’d like to preface this description by adding she is not selling or making actual cookies! You will have to listen to the Episode to get what that’s all about.
Originally born in Kansas, Teyana somehow found her way to Thomson, GA and has been there ever since. Quiet and soft spoken, she’s decided to come out of her shell and go full throttle with her products and advertising. This has forced her to speak more, show her humorous side, and plan all her moves. This episode would be a great listen for anyone struggling with getting support and/or figuring out the how-tos of running a small business.
This episode is full of laughter, life lessons, and tips! Nobody has it all figured out and it’s okay to not have direction sometimes when you have a passion!
Look for The Cookie Palace products at their website. You can also follow them on social media to keep up with their latest promotions and product releases!
More Than the Masters Podcast is an essential outlet for anyone interested in the city of Augusta. Tailored by Dhrmaine Bradley, this podcast provides a deep dive into the 51 weeks of the year that aren’t covered by “The Masters” golf tournament. Typically, each episode is centered around a particular business, person, or event that is taking place in Augusta. Most would call this platform interview style, however it is much deeper than that. Each episode is a detailed painting that many, whether in Augusta or not , can relate to. Even if not relatable, listeners are intrigued, interested, and proud to see one of their own get highlighted. More than anything, each episode is informative in regards to the history and overall love for the city of Augusta!

David BashToday: Jennifer Tinsley, founder and owner of Field Botanicals and the FIELD brand.
Jennifer was a lifelong public servant before she ended up formulating her own personal cure for eczema. One thing led to another and she found herself opening a shop much ahead of schedule, in her dream location (where she remains to this day) and at trade shows telling people to smell her shoes.
Jennifer is very involved in the small business community in Augusta and considers herself an ambassador for Augusta any time a traveler walks through her doors.
