These two brothers, Jarrett Acosta & Matt Acosta come from Louisiana but during their formative years…moved to Augusta, GA. After high school, the two brothers did mission work all of the country but always found home being the AUG.
 
From their early days as the J.J. Maj & the Unpolished Brass Band to creating unique solo careers, these guys are OGs in the Augusta music community. 
 
Their influence also extends beyond the arts. Did you know that the Acosta Brothers are also behind Boondock Farms?
 
What is Boondock Farms? Well for starters, it’s located across the River in Jackson, SC! Boondock Farms is a working Agritourism. It has a certified roadside market and host all types of events from Music Festivals, Weddings, Community Events.
 
FUN FACT: it was once a golf course in 1956 🤯⛳️
 
Boondock Farms is a Saturday Farmers Market open from 10am – 2pm. Every second Saturday of the month is a vendor festival with live music, food trucks, local farmers, artists, and crafters.
